The Sterling Primary Care clinic will be closing, effective July 26, 2024.
For years, Sterling Primary Care has proudly served Brentwood and surrounding areas as a community provider of quality healthcare. As part of our commitment to our patients and community, we continuously evaluate how to best meet the evolving healthcare needs of those we serve.
After extensive thought and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close Sterling Primary Care, effective July 26, 2024.
Anyone seeking a provider change may call TriStar Medline at (800) 242-5662 for a referral to a provider who is located close to where you live or work and accepts your insurance.
We will continue to be a custodian of your medical records. To obtain a copy of your medical records, fax the medical release under ‘Patient forms’ to Sharecare at (866) 531-9592.

About Sterling Primary Care

Our primary care services
Our staff of compassionate, patient-focused providers at our three locations include adult family care physicians and internal medicine specialists. We offer acute care for illnesses and injuries and keep a focus on preventive care, encouraging our patients to attend yearly check-ups and schedule screenings for cancer, diabetes and heart disease.
In addition to the standard clinical services of a family care practice, we offer:
