The Skyline Medical Group clinic will be closing, effective July 31, 2024.
For almost 18 years, Skyline Medical Group has proudly served North Nashville and surrounding areas as a community provider of quality healthcare. As part of our commitment to our patients and community, we continuously evaluate how to best meet the evolving healthcare needs of those we serve.
After extensive thought and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close Skyline Medical Group, effective July 31, 2024. If you have an upcoming appointment after July 24, with Dr. Dunn, Dr. Scarpero or Kristen Kaster, your appointment will be cancelled.
Any patients seeking a provider change may call TriStar Medline at (800) 242-5662 for a referral to a provider who is located close to where you live or work and accepts your insurance.
We will continue to be a custodian of your medical records. To obtain a copy of your medical records, fax the medical release under ‘Patient forms’ to Sharecare at (866) 531-9592.

How we store your medical records
Our practice uses an electronic medical record (EMR) system, meaning we store your medical information electronically instead of on a paper chart. EMRs allow physicians and staff to serve you as efficiently as possible, leaving us more time to do what we're meant to do — take care of you.
The location of our internal medicine clinic
Our office is located on the TriStar Skyline Medical Center campus, near the intersection of Briley Parkway and Interstate 65 in North Nashville. We are on the first floor of the Medical Plaza in suite G30.
