For years, StoneCrest Internal Medicine has proudly served Smyrna and surrounding areas as a community provider of quality healthcare. As part of our commitment to our patients and community, we continuously evaluate how to best meet the evolving healthcare needs of those we serve.
After extensive thought and consideration, the difficult decision has been made to close StoneCrest Internal Medicine, effective July 31, 2024.
Anyone seeking a provider change may call TriStar Medline at (800) 242-5662 for a referral to a provider who is located close to where you live or work and accepts your insurance.
We will continue to be a custodian of your medical records. To obtain a copy of your medical records, fax the medical release under ‘Patient forms’ to Sharecare at (866) 531-7240.

Our practice is in the TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center plaza. We're southeast of the Interstate 24 and Sam Ridley Parkway intersection. From the highway, take exit 66B. From Sam Ridley Parkway, turn onto Stonecrest Parkway and then onto StoneCrest Boulevard.
