For years, Bowling Green Medical Clinic has proudly served the Bowling Green market and surrounding areas as a community provider of quality healthcare. As part of our commitment to our patients and community, we continuously evaluate how to best meet the evolving healthcare needs of those we serve.
We are writing to inform you that Bowling Green Medical Clinic will be joining Graves Gilbert Clinic, effective August 1st, 2024.
Dr. James Douglas, Kamala Brooks, APRN, Tiffany Bryant, PA and Melodye Campbell, APRN are thrilled to continue to serve you and provide the highest level of primary care. Dr. Douglas Johnson and Dr. Lynetta Stiltner are joining The Med Center, and they can be reached at (270) 901-0629 for appointments after July 31st, 2024.
If you would like a copy of your medical records, please fax the medical release under ‘Patient forms’ to Sharecare at (866) 531-9592.
For any billing-related questions or inquiries for services prior to August 1, 2024, please contact Customer Service at (888) 422-7720. If you have any additional questions or concerns please contact the practice at (270) 781-4090 prior to July 31st. You can reach the Graves Gilbert Clinic team beginning August 1st at the same phone number.

Our advanced care network
We are fortunate to work with the talented team at TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital and other diagnostic facilities for services not available in our office, such as computerized tomography (CT) scans, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans and mammograms. If needed, we are able to provide referrals and transfers to other facilities in our network.
